Selection Processes
Servicewave Consulting selection processes are tailored per role and market demands. Typical IT roles will include varied steps of verification of experience and fitment of requirement. Generally involves Pre-screening, Technical Interview and Client Interview. Pre-Screening is video based interview for technical role, responsibilities, communication skills, job history, references, interest, and salary expectation. Technical Interview will “fit in” candidate with the client’s culture, industry culture, pressure, and communication expectations. After these, a thorough report with fitment details is shared with Client hiring manager for Client interview.
